December 5th, 2009 at 11:01 pmPersonally i would go with the windows version and SSD is a solid state drive which means it is pure flash memory just like a usb drive. Now generally the are very low in space due to the fact that it is pure flas Memory. A HDD Is a Hard Disk Drive. Which is a hard drive that spins around. you generally have one of these in a desktop computer

December 5th, 2009 at 11:01 pmnice! im planning to get one! but whats better linux or windows cp? and what does ssd or hdd mean?
December 5th, 2009 at 11:01 pmI got the XP version at COSTCO today for $360. COSTCO has two years of free tech support so I grabbed it. Had to get rid of some bloatware (the usual stuff–trial version of MS Office, McAfee etc). Downloaded Avast, DiVX Codec, Firefox and OpenOffice and now it looks like I can do almost anything with this thing!
Haven’t had it long enough to really tell if it’ll stay this sharp but man this thing is spinning like a top.
