the IP address failed.
mine doesnt work because before i turn on the xbox and stuff i have the internet on my laptop but when i turn on the xbox the internet on the laptop turns off and then when i turn the xbox back off the internet automatically comes back? Any suggestions??
it also works for the CP, i find the CP to work better.
sometimes its doesnt work and sometimes it does work
the LAN says it has limited or no connection?!?!?!

i tried the bridging connections method but tht froze my xbox alot and lost connection alot so im gonna try this thanks

thanks but net is fixed now and it like messed the settings up in the router.. so yeah but i dont want to take th chance again lol
crossover cable no bueno since your laptop is acting as a gateway. shouldn’t have screwed your internet up. might have done some funky stuff to your nat perhaps. just try unplugging your router for a few min and plugging back in.
I done it with my xbox and laptop plenty of times.
turn off firewall
i dont think you can use the cable that came with the xbox. you need to use a crossover because i tryed it with the xbox one last night and it COMPLETLEY screwed my internet, none of the computers can connect.

i carnt get this to work ive seen this work before on a desktop its rele easy but for sum reason my laptop isnt having it please help i did wat u sed and turned of my firewall im getting a network connection but no connection to xbox live thanks =]
Everything is ok, but theres one thing you got to do, and you got to turn off your firewall on your wireless connection then you are in there
